My husband and I are fairly particular about the care of our clothing and have been very pleased with Village East Cleaners. Anyone who has invested in their wardrobe can feel comfortable leaving their things with these fine people. I must especially commend Diana for the beautiful alterations she does that make all the difference in how a garment hangs. She has saved me so many times.

We have been using your alterations people for about 8 years now. Both Darlene and Mary are amazing. The service they provide is personal and friendly. They do a fantastic job on the alterations and we are always pleased with the job they do. My wife and I never hesitate to bring any of our clothes there to be altered because we know that it will be a job well done. Thank you!!

I was referred to you by a friend and I am pleased to tell you that I am as pleased with the wedding gown preservation as was my friend. It was so nice to be able to come in and inspect my gown prior to the boxing. This provided me with reassurance the work was done correctly and it was my dress. I wanted to thank you both for taking great care and pride in cleaning and boxing my wedding dress. I have been holding on to my dress for four years because I never had the trust to let someone else attempt to clean and safely box my Vera Wang Silk and Thule dress. I was very impressed with the fact that after my dress was cleaned I was invited to come down to the plant to inspect my dress before it was boxed to ensure that I am getting back my dress in the same condition it was the day of my wedding. This dress is very special to me and I appreciated the understanding Village East Cleaners displayed in handling such an emotional task. I would recommend Village East Cleaners for any special garment to be cleaned.

Village East Cleaners is the best. Not only did they press my dress prior to my wedding they did a wonderful job of cleaning it after the wedding. They even did some minor repairs to the beading. Village East Cleaners has my seal of approval and I will let my friends know. Thank you so much.

I wanted my clothes to look just like my friend so he told me to go to Village East Cleaners. I have been very pleased with both my uniforms and my personal clothing and am glad my friend shared with me where he had his clothes done.

We started using Village East Cleaners over 2 years ago when the cleaners we had been using started doing poor work and losing items. We have been very pleased with how Village East Cleaners operates and even one of my employees was startled that she did not have to press shirts like she did for our previous cleaner. I took my mother’s christening gown to Village East Cleaners to see if they could clean it so my daughter could wear. I was amazed they were able to get every spot out and I was so proud to see my daughter wear my mother’s christening gown. Thank you Village East Cleaners.

I always have my shirts cleaned and boxed. I get them back nicely folded in a plastic bag ready for the suitcase. I have never been disappointed.

Village East Cleaners is the best dry cleaners I have ever used and I have used many in many different cities. The alterations and the cleaning are given close attention to detail and they always recognize me and have my clothes ready before I even get into the store. Wow, I had stains on my drapes and Village East Cleaners was able to remove them. I never thought those stains would come out. They also made sure the pleats all hung correctly and they look brighter and better than they have in years. Good Job!

Running a hotel involves constant cleaning of all linens and drapes. Village East Cleaners can always be counted on to process our black out drapes and re-pleat them so they look crisp and clean.

I have been using Village East Cleaners to do my St. John knits and they have done a wonderful job. They even measure the garment before and after cleaning and clean St. John knits separately from other clothing. I have told my friends to take their St. John knits to Village East Cleaners.

My husband and I were visiting Las Vegas from Honduras for 5 days. Since I couldn’t find someone to preserve my dress at home, I decided to bring it to Village East on our trip to Las Vegas. Rachel was really great: we spoke prior to our trip to make sure she had everything ready. Not only that, she received, cleaned, preserved, and returned the gown to me within those five days. She took such great care to make sure the dress would survive the long trip home. I now have my dress safely at home, preserved in case my daughter wants to use it one day for her wedding. I am so happy with the service! Thank you for taking care of my dress!

Thanks for the attention to detail. I am sick of discount drycleaners who can’t get the stains out. Let’s not talk about the smell! I actually prepared a spreadsheet – with price comparisons of all the local drycleaners and the pricing is competitive but the QUALITY is far SUPERIOR to ANYONE else. AND my white’s are kept BRIGHT with Village East.

Village East is my new cleaners. Never felt more welcome or into a more friendly atmosphere. Know long time customers by name and inquire about them. All very unusual in Las Vegas. Most people could care less.
